To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached (no odor, wear, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/odor, alterations to the items, cigarette smoke, etc.) All returns made within the allotted time period will receive shop credit or refund. Returns of shoes must be completed with box and show absolutely no sign of wear. Please see below the time allotment whether your item was shipped or purchases for local pick up.
All returns must be delivered to the return address within 10 days the item was delivered to you. If the 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept a return on your item(s).
If you are local pickup, your item(s) will be placed in a bag with your name on it in the pickup bin, you have 14 days from date of purchase to get those items picked up, if your items are not picked up, you forfeit the item. The 10 days return policy starts the day your item goes in the bin.
All sale items, giveaway items, pre-order items, jewelry, accessories, intimates (such as bralettes/bras) are non-returnable. Please see website descriptions for sizing information on applicable items before purchasing.
ANY purchase made through a sale or discount promotion sale is final sale.
I stand behind my products, and thoroughly inspect each item prior to shipment, however something may slip by, If this happens to you, I sincerely apologize! If you receive a defective item, please take a picture and email the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org. Normal wear and tear is NOT considered defective, and will not be accepted. Errors while washing will also not be cause for a defective item, Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of either delivery (Shipped items) or order date (pickup items). Items are not eligible to be claimed as defective once worn and/or tags are removed. You will need to send us an email at email@example.com and i will get you the mailing address to ship back to. Return of the defective item must be completed within 7 days of delivery of item (shipped) or the date the order was placed (pickup).
Wash & Care:
For optimal wear, i recommend you either hand wash or wash on delicate cycle and lay flat to dry.
Orders are not eligible for cancellation for any reason.
I highly encourage all preorder items to be purchased seperate of in stock items. Orders will not ship until the entire order is complete. Items ordered WITH preorder items will be held until preorder items arrive and will NOT be eligible for return.
